    Exploring the Impact of Organizational Culture on Employee Retention A study on Shahkam Industries PVT LTD

    This study delves into the complex relationship between organizational culture and employee retention, using surveys and data analysis to uncover complexities in workplace dynamics. The study revealed a male-dominated demographic consisting of 82.5% of participants and 14.6% of females. In our study result revealed that majority of the 31.1% respondents are on the post of Administrative/Support in Shahkam Industry 14.6% Managerial/supervisory, 20.4% Professional/technical, 3.9% Sales/Customer service, and 27.2% other. In addition,the result shows that majority 33.0% respondents are Under-graduated degree,1.9% elementary or below, 27.2% secondary school certificate, 18.4% higher secondary school certificate, and 16.5% Graduated Degree. Majority 78.0% Respondents are in the age of 21-30, 18.0% are in the age of 31-40, 4.0% are in the age of 41-50.

    The study emphasizes how crucial job satisfaction and training are to improving organizational performance in Pakistani small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The study discovered strong positive relationships between performance management, training, job satisfaction, and organizational performance using a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire and basic random sampling. While training indirectly influenced organizational performance through job satisfaction, the direct effect of performance management was not statistically significant. These findings highlight the critical role of HRM practices in SMEs and suggest avenues for future research to broaden the scope and applicability of the outcomes beyond Lahore and Faisalabad.

This study establishes a relationship between flexible work hours and, the wellbeing and work-life balance of gig workers. Furthermore, the moderation of Ryff's six-factor model of psychological well-being is investigated.
