Abstract
In order to assist human resource managers and the whole company in selecting and
employing the best candidates, hiring and selection are vital tools. Investigating the impact of
recruiting and selection practices on company efficiency across several industries in Pakistan
was the aim of this research. It was a “descriptive survey design” used in the investigation.
We utilized basic “random sampling” techniques to choose 200 participants (workers) for the
