Impact of Training and Performance Management System (PMS) on Organizational Performance with mediating effect of Job Satisfaction.

Abstract
The study emphasizes how crucial job satisfaction and training are to improving organizational performance in Pakistani small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The study discovered strong positive relationships between performance management, training, job satisfaction, and organizational performance using a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire and basic random sampling. While training indirectly influenced organizational performance through job satisfaction, the direct effect of performance management was not statistically significant. These findings highlight the critical role of HRM practices in SMEs and suggest avenues for future research to broaden the scope and applicability of the outcomes beyond Lahore and Faisalabad.
