Abstract
Flexibility is a benefit of working remotely, and this flexibility can positively or negatively impact work-life balance and employee wellbeing. This study establishes a relationship between flexible work hours and, the wellbeing and work-life balance of gig workers. Furthermore, the moderation of Ryff's six-factor model of psychological well-being is investigated.
