    The aim of this study to find the impact of compensation and benefits on employee performance at SHMZ Pharmaceutical with meditating role of employee motivation. Benefits and employee rewards are taken as employee performance while employee motivation acts as mediator. Survey questionnaire is used to determine the results in the SHMZ Pharmaceutical. Almost 150 samples are used to collect the data and result and literature, defend this study in a negative way and shows that there is insignificant relationship between compensation & benefits and employee performance
