Abstract
Training and development play a central role in the development of any organization. It always helps to create more productivity in the organization by increasing the training process for their workers. All employers know that employees are the most important asset of an organization. The purpose of our study is to determine the impact of training and development programs on a company’s achievements. We’ll use quantitative research to meet the result. The data was collected from the company as our group fellow is currently worked there. She asks her colleagues to fill the survey from different departments in the organization
