The time frame for this research was 4 months. Two scales which are oswestry for low back and foot ankle disability index for foot and ankle joints were used. The consent was informed and then data collected through prepared questionnaire. High heel usage is increasing day by day due to the increasing attention given to combine attraction and elegance. Moreover, by wearing high heels posture is unstable and chance of fall is increase. High heels also affect lumbar curvature specially exaggerate lumbar lordosis. Occupational or workplace stress is a type of psychological suffering caused by overburden or exhaustion in vocational task which results in somatic changes in human body that may interfere with normal lifestyle. Gofers are those employees who convey messages in office, bring lunch and make coffee for office workers and lift bags of executives. Objective: Main motive of this study is to find the interrelation of occupational stress and musculoskeletal pain in Gofers of private offices in Lahore. Methodology: For this Nordic MSK questionnaire was utilized to asses work related musculoskeletal disorders and Workplace Stress Scale was used to find occupational stress. The main purpose of the food advertisements is to influence consumer’s awareness, purchase and perception about a particular brand. This study investigates the relationship between affective influence of food advertisements and their intended purchase. This research was conducted in two different independent phases. Phase I was qualitative study in which thematic analysis of our chosen food advertisement was conducted. Phase I was followed by phase II which included quasi-experiment. In phase II quantitative study was conducted which included pre and post-test of experimental group. Structured questionnaires were conducted with 38 participants. Our analysis showed, enhanced purchase intention and positive impact of the advertisement. It is typically fueled by a few triggers that differ from person to person. These triggers might be anything from noise to light stress to certain foods, fasting, changing weather, and even sexual activity. This study aims to identify the most common trigger among Pakistan's general population without putting restrictions on age, gender, or geographic location. Although there is a wealth of information on the often occurring migraine triggers, this review is encouraging in that it excludes the primary cause of migraine in Pakistan's docile population, paving the way for treatment that is only focused on preventing the cause. To inspire additional investigations and research, this descriptive review aims to ascertain the current status of very prevalent migraine triggers in the general population.
