NAFLD is a hepatic condition characterized by the presence of a wide array of liver abnormalities from steatosis to NASH and cirrhosis. NAFLD is a common etiology of chronic liver disease. It is strongly associated with obesity. Other associated risk factors may include diabetes, insulin resistance, hypertension etc. Prevalence might differ in both genders due to hormonal changes in females. NAFLD has become an emerging health problem. Only a few number of studies have been conducted in Pakistan relating to NAFLD.

It is usually present in computer users as different researches. And it is usually present in them due to poor sitting posture and due to their placement of laptop or computer during their work. It is usually placed below the level of their eyes which is the cause of poor posture and then Upper Cross Syndrome.

“Urinary incontinence” is an unrestrained leakage of urine. It is a general issue which has most of the times distressing effect on life. Because of its prevalence, especially among women, the World Health Organization (WHO) has declared urinary incontinence a lifestyle disease along with diabetes, coronary heart disease and obesity. The goal of the study was to evaluate women’s awareness about urinary incontinence and awareness of therapeutic methods used in the management of “urinary incontinence”.
