Abstract
Postural issue is increasing in office workers as the use of technologies are increasing day by day This study mainly focuses on the posture related issue in office workers which cause stress to the musculoskeletal system. Research based on the previous researches that prolonged sitting with tilted head forward cause stress on the neck.
