Abstract
This study observed the perspective of leaders on quality improvement for early childhood education in private schools of Lahore. It is a qualitative survey research, which aimed at assessing the quality improvement of early childhood education in 40 schools. Data were collected using 2 questionnaire 1 for principals, other one for primary's' teachers and researchers observational check list. Both questionnaire have open ended questions with 19 or 18 items. Data was analyzed through content analysis and SPSS. Data was presented in pie charts and graphs in which the percentage were shown. The findings of results were shocking to researcher. In mostly schools the concept of quality is somehow wrongly taken. The outcomes showed the contradiction between action and deeds of participants. Schools should have the role of quality school for each child. So that every young students can learn in a quality environment
