    Aviation security Vs. Passenger Facilitation
(University of Management & Technology, 2018) Zainab Ashraf
Airports are the gateway of a country. Aviation is a big industry and the aim of this industry is to provide air transportation services to the travelers who want to save their time by travelling fast in an aircraft. Airport is the platform from where operators provide these services. Like every other asset, their security must be high in order to deter bad elements from miss-using this platform. But the facilitation of the passengers who are already there to save their time and are paying high for that should also be considered. The equilibrium between security and facilitation is a very interesting topic for research purposes.

The Impact on Performance of Work Stress & Home Stress in Aviation Industry
(University of Management & Technology, 2017) Asif, Nidal
Why do airline accidents happen while you call yourself a professional, and calling yourself fit for the job? Accidents are the real cause of stress, in this airline industry to figure out why is it so? Stay focused. I have figure out and researched on many factors and taken part to figure out different things and finding that I have been done. The investigations that has taken part to figure out why pilots, crew member, engineers, air controller and maintenance staff is stuffed with lots of stress while doing their duties where an organisation can’t afford to penalized the company. Many organisations believe there is a stress, but many organisations can’t figure out the re-al causes of stress with approbation. So here is what I am going to do. I will tell you what causes them stress. Is it their home relationship concern or is it top management to be blamed or probably hu-man factors involved? It’s is why we need to learn and adapt the procedures and practices before applying to any industry, especially aviation industry. Where they say there is no error to be made because lots of human being lives are depend-ed on you.

The history of Aviation extended over thousands of year. It was a dream, a dream of man to fly. A mind-set of human that are the motivation upshot of the scenery like flying birds which motivates them to wonder about that how man can fly into the air. And that has been subtle into their traditions and through the myth and stories of the time which emulate the desire of human to reach the air. Symbolic records and incredible creatures representing flight proliferate and habitually take the form of flying beasts or human figures outfitted with wings. Myths and legends have played an important part in man’s invasion of the air. The foremost goal of this project is to investigate on the Air crash in which a fatality occurred for the first time in the history of Aviation on 17th September, 1908 in which the U.S Army officer Lieutenant died and the Pilot Orville Wright was seriously injured. The correlation between Human Physiology with Advancement of Technology in Aviation
(University of Management and Technolog, 2018) Numra Mir
As we all know the growth of advance in technology helped aviation to flourish in the world transporting people from one place to other with the efficient and safest means in the early 1970 to late 90s. It helped pilots to maintain a more precise and accurate view of flight dynamics onboard lowering the risks of human error that contributed to major accidents in aviation resulting the loss of lives but this explains one side of the story. The purpose of me to undertake this study is to highlight the unanticipated issues that arises due the non-correlation of human physiology because of the fast pace advancement of technology in aviation. The latter half of the study will discuss the details of human physiology and its limitations that were taken into consideration initially before designing and implementing the new parameters that proved to be successful in the evolutionary era up to a certain level of technology changes. However, the next half of the project will highlight the important preview of automation phases and the unanticipated issue establishing the fact that increasing automation up to a certain level in aviation industry doesn't contribute to any significant growth in safety and efficiency anddoesn't relate with the human philology as it has failed to create a fit between man and machinery interaction. The conclusion will discuss the relatable cockpit interface and training and safety solutions to prevent these issue and promoting the active status of humans rather than supervisory role

Transition from Hub & Spoke to Point to Point
(University of Management and Technology, 2018) Saad Sajjad Qureshi
Traveling by air is one of the most necessary demands in today's era. Everyone is traveling country to country for the sake of business, work, job, and study or trading. When they travel they need to choose the airline to go their destination. Different airlines offer different networks and routes based on their schedules. Airlines operate two types of network models 1. Hub and spoke, 2. Point to point. These are two systems on which airlines operate flights. Some airlines do flights on hub and spoke system and some airlines on point to point system. Mostly, legacy airlines operate flights on hub and spoke system and Low Cost Carriers operate point to point flights. Airlines networking based the network planning and the cost they spend on the aircrafts. There are different aircrafts for hub and spoke and different aircrafts for point to point. Point to point system has its own advantages and disadvantages while hub and spoke also have both advantages and disadvantages. New airlines are also coming in the aviation industry to compete all airlines either they are doing hub and spoke or point to point operations. Most of the new airlines are going to perform point to point system because it is so feasible for their business and also for passengers.

    Waste management plan For Pakistan
(University of Management and Technology, 2018) hamid, Usama; Butt, Talha
This project is about the waste management and sources from which the waste generate, we have also discussed the type of wastes and how to manage waste in terms of reuse, recycling and disposing of it. We have discussed the major types of it which are i.e. municipal solid waste, agriculture waste, hazardous waste. As Pakistan is a developing country and there is no such measures to reduce waste from airports and from cities, there are no such technologies which the other counties are using for the waste management purpose. People within the Pakistan don’t have such awareness regarding the waste management so we are proving a plan to manage waste, not just this we are also making efforts how to reduce waste within the Pakistan and making it a clear country by conducting surveys, by training waste management personnel, and educating people about waste and its management. It’s not only about the education or management but the legislation has its own importance, so we have made some policies and guidelines, that if organizations and individuals will work through that then we will be able to manage it. There are three main element of eco system which are land, air and water, the lack of awareness regarding the waste management is disturbing the ecosystem in which ecosystem due to which our land, water and air is being polluted. The aftermath of disturbing and polluting these will are creating new diseases and they are defiantly harmful for the humans and other living beings. The plan which have giving is starting with the basic understanding of the cities of Pakistan and their waste, the need for this plan was to educate the localities that the waste is not only important for the major cities but the small cities also produces waste and that should also be manage. The current laws and regulation are also being discussed on which the organizations are working, the plan briefly describes that which administrations will work in collaboration, so that a cleaner Pakistan can be made by the effort of ours. The major part of this plan is to control the waste, reduce it from the source and creation of some data bases on which there is a brief information of how much waste is being generated, where it is, and when it will be dispose of.
