Current wars between countries and Red Sea issues at ports create a shortage of raw materials in Pakistan. The biscuit industry in Pakistan faces two major types of risk micro and macro. Both risks badly impact the resilience and performance of the biscuit industry. Micro risks are day-to-day and recurrent, and macro risks are rare adverse events.
