Abstract
Warehousing, Distribution, Transportation is a most important part of logistics
and supply chain management which helps the organization to attain maximum profit.
In this project we have explained the supply chain operations of Nestle Pakistan
with the challenges and practices they currently experience in their operation
department. Moreover, this project will also explain what are the current Supply chain
of Nur enterprises (nestle distributor)
Recommendation based on the problems or challenges are also covered in this
project letting the operation or supply chain team of the company to know what can be
