    Empirical studies established a link between body image measured as body mass index and psychological variables in western cultures with less inclusion of indigenous Pakistani. The present study investigated the influence of societal beauty standards on psychological health of women of individuals within the Pakistani cultural context. Body image dimension was redefined and expanded to include four other components: facial appearance, physical appearance, and complexion and body mass index.

    This research attempt to explore stigmatization-related challenges experienced by divorced mother in Sialkot, Pakistan. The Research was conducted in the district of Sialkot, Punjab, Pakistan. The objective of the study was to explore why our society labels divorce as a stigma for women. To highlight stigmatization-related challenges experienced by divorced mothers in Sialkot, Pakistan. The research question was to explore the stigmatization of divorce and stigmatization-related challenges experienced by divorced mothers in Sialkot. Theoretically, this research has been established under Stigma theory while methodology under qualitative research design. To find out and evaluate the personal lived experiences of people the researcher opts for phenomenology.

    SOCIAL CONTEXT OF POST-CESAREAN STRESS MANAGEMENT BY YOUNG MOTHERS IN LAHORE

    This study aimed to highlight the experiences, of those young mothers who have experienced their first Cesarean surgery in Lahore. Using a qualitative research design, fifteen in depth interviews are conducted with young mothers who underwent through their first cesarean. The study will help to promote social support, reinforcing positive approaches to coping and exploring solutions to cope with post-cesarean stress by young mothers.

    A QUALITATIVE STUDY EXPLORING PERCEPTIONS OF PARENTS ABOUT THE QUALITY OF EDUCATION IN GOVERNMENT AND PRIVATE SCHOOL

    Education is the basic need and right of every human being. The quality of education is an obligatory and predictable representative for change as education is a process of development and civilization. The issue of deterioration the quality of education in Pakistan, especially decline in rural area because people are not aware about the importance of education. The major purpose of the research was to explore the perceptions of parents about quality of education in government and private schools in rural area. Purposive sampling are used for data collection and instrument of the collection date was participant observation and in-depth interviews which was conducted between the researcher and participants. Infrastructure facilities was better in government school than in private school but private school involve their students more in extra circular activities. Teachers of government school were more qualified academically as well as professionally having command over teaching methodology as compared to the teachers of private school.

    This study investigates the relationship of knowledge sharing behavior (KSB) and environmental attitude (EA) with climate change concerns (CCC) of university students. Quantitative research approach was employed and data was collected from 377 university students of UMT Lahore. Results have shown that knowledge sharing behavior of university students has positive significant association with their climate change concerns.

This research was carried out to understand the bystanders' role in public places like bus stops. This study utilized qualitative methods to analyze the realities behind harassment on bus stops and the part of bystanders in a harassment situation. Through phenomenological research design the lived experiences of bystanders were studied. The total of five participants were interviewed.

    Impact of Organizational Culture on Employee’s Job Performance in IT Organizations

    This study investigates the relationship of organizational culture on employee’s job performance in IT organizations. Quantitative research approach was used in this study. Data was collected from 120 employees of two IT organizations in Lahore. Data gathered through questionnaires. Results have shown that Organizational culture of IT organizations has positive significant association with their employee’s job performance. This study analyzed the association between organizational culture and job performance among 120 participants. A frequency table was used to identify the distribution of participants across different categories for gender, age, degree, and salary

    EMOTIONAL DYSREGULATION BURNOUT AND ROLE-PERFORMANCE

    Among all the profession, demands for police forces and security members were on high rates in all developed and under developed countries. Police departments and security forces provides internal strength and implementations of laws to control crime rates (Rehman, s2019). Several studies demonstrated the stressful work requirements of police officers and the effects of work stressors towards their performances. Due to direct interaction with public affairs, crime scenes, criminal activity and personal head stories for crime effects the emotional states of police members. During their duties they often exposed to violence and potentially painful situations that cause psychological distress which leads to effect their performances. Given study was purposed to identify the association between emotional dysregulation, burnout, and in-role performance among police departments (Dolphin police). Moreover, study was purposed to find the predicting role of burnout due to stress and anxiety and emotional dysregulation for in-role performance of police departments

    The technological advancements have led to many interferences in a marital relationship. The usage of smartphone has created a new phenomenon known as phubbing, which coined from the words phone and snubbing, meaning that the individual while using smartphone ignores his/her co-present partner. The notion of partner phubbing disturbs the communication among spouses. The aim of this research is to investigate the relationship between partner phubbing, spousal communication and marital satisfaction.

Fear, death anxiety, stress appears as the foremost and common reaction of covid19 is the fear and fear from death which creates death anxiety to effect the well-being of people where religion might turn out the subject matter to deal with this covid19 pandemic. Purpose: The aim of this study was to investigate the relationships between fear of covid19, death anxiety, quality of life and religious coping. Method: A quantitative approach used by the researcher in which convenience sampling method used to gather data through online survey and offline survey. 287 respondents have participated in the research. Pearson Moment Correlational Analysis was drawn to assess the relationship between the variable.

    Health Risk Perception and its Mitigation among Cosmetics Users (male/female) in District Chiniot

    This study's goal was to ascertain people's knowledge of potential health risks and usages of cosmetics among males and females in District Chiniot. The main objectives of the present research were to explore awareness about the various health consequences due to cosmetic use, to identify reasons for risk-taking and using cosmetics (makeup) among cosmetic users and explore the risk mitigation practices among cosmetic users (male/female) in Chiniot City. This present study was qualitative. In this analysis, convenient sampling techniques were used. The data collected through the interview. Data were analyzed thematically and the sample size was (14) participants of females and males aged between 18 to 35 years old. The result of the present study showed that 11 participants out of 14 were unaware of cosmetics health risk and their usages. When 3 participants were aware and knew about cosmetics products and their risk. The main reason for taking a risk was to look beautiful, groom, attractive etc.11 participants (male/female) were faced with many issues/problems about their skin during apply/use cosmetics products like allergies, burning, headaches, rashes, redness, pimples, darkness etc. Most female participants suffer many time that issue which creates to uses cosmetics because females skin are sensitive than male. Therefore they use mitigation practice to cover health risk which creates cosmetics product usages.

    A STUDY ON THE PATTERNS AND PURPOSE OF ADOLESCENT MOBILE TOUCH SCREEN DEVICES USE FROM PARENT’S PERSPECTIVE

    Teenagers are using mobile touch screen devices more and more frequently, such as smart phones and tablets. The manner in which young people utilise these technologies and their possible consequences are however, little understood. As a result, this qualitative study investigated parental attitudes and issues as well as parent/caregiver opinions of their adolescent's usage patterns and variables impacting use. Methods: Twenty parents or carers of teenagers in Chiniot, Pakistan, who were chosen to represent men and women of various ages and socioeconomic classes (n = 20), participated in semi-structured interviews. The question addresses aspects that will be important throughout the week and on the weekends, use patterns, forms of activities, frequency of use, parental management ways, and issues. Interviews were captured on tape and written down. Thematic analysis and secret writing of the transcripts were done.
