Abstract
This study investigates the relationship of organizational culture on employee’s job performance
in IT organizations. Quantitative research approach was used in this study. Data was collected
from 120 employees of two IT organizations in Lahore. Data gathered through questionnaires.
Results have shown that Organizational culture of IT organizations has positive significant
association with their employee’s job performance. This study analyzed the association between
organizational culture and job performance among 120 participants. A frequency table was used
to identify the distribution of participants across different categories for gender, age, degree, and
salary
