Item Impact of Human Resource Management Practices on Employee Performance in Lahore, Pakistan A Descriptive Study Analysis of Employee Staffing, Employee Satisfaction, and Employee Rewards at Call Centers(UMT, Lahore, 2025) Waqar AhmedAchievement of effective human resource management (HR practices significantly influences on performance of organization. (Nadeem et al. 2022) The aim of this study is to study the impact of HRM practices such as Employee Staffing, Employee Satisfaction and Employee Reward on the Employee Performance in Lahore, Pakistan. By using the sample size of 306, data was gathered through the Survey Method. The response was analyzed by using 25 versions of the Statistics Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). The SPSS is used for measuring relationships through regression analysis, descriptive analysis, model summary, and ANOVA. The findings of the research reveal that the HRM practices play a crucial role in improving the performance of organizations in Lahore, Pakistan. As result expends that addressing employee staffing, employee satisfaction and rewards will help in improving the performance of call centers. The study recommends the strategies involve deploying AI -powered work force management software and staffing, real-time performance analytics to enhance transparency and coaching. The results of this research can benefit in improving the performance of call centers as well as other organizations.Item THE NEXUS BETWEEN CORRUPTION, UNEMPLOYMENT, AND POVERTY IN LAHORE; PAKISTAN, AN ANALYSIS OF RECENT EVIDENCE(UMT, Lahore, 2025) M. Salman RazaResearch investigates the relationship between corruption, unemployment, and poverty in Lahore, Pakistan. The study employed a quantitative approach, collecting data from 384 households through online surveys. Utilizing SPSS for analysis, the study found significant relationships between corruption, unemployment, and poverty. The research objectives focused on examining the impact of political and economic factors on poverty, the relationship between unemployment and poverty, and the correlation between corruption and poverty. The hypotheses were tested and supported, confirming a substantial link between corruption and poverty, as well as between unemployment and poverty. The findings emphasize the urgency of addressing corruption and unemployment to alleviate poverty. Future recommendations highlight strengthening anti-corruption measures, promoting inclusive governance, empowering youth through education and skills development, encouraging entrepreneurship and innovation, enhancing social protection systems, promoting sustainable economic growth, enhancing financial inclusion, strengthening public-private partnerships, investing in rural development, and engaging in international cooperation. Despite 21st-century progress, women's empowerment remains challenging. Using a cross-sectional survey of 384 women in Lahore, perceptions of empowerment, gender-based inequalities, employment, and education were assessed. Data underwent rigorous analysis, revealing a substantial connection between women's empowerment and variables like gender equality, access to education, and job availability. The research suggests policy formulation for gender equality, expanding women-centric skill-based training, accessible education, and inclusive workplaces.
