Abstract
This study investigates women's empowerment, aiming to comprehensively analyze the intricate interplay between factors like gender equality, employment opportunities, and education access. Despite 21st-century progress, women's empowerment remains challenging. Using a cross-sectional survey of 384 women in Lahore, perceptions of empowerment, gender-based inequalities, employment, and education were assessed. Data underwent rigorous analysis, revealing a substantial connection between women's empowerment and variables like gender equality, access to education, and job availability. Data underwent rigorous analysis, including Cronbach's alpha test, descriptive statistics, and regression analysis using SPSS software. The research suggests policy formulation for gender equality, expanding women-centric skill-based training, accessible education, and inclusive workplaces. Collaborative efforts involving governments, NGOs, educational institutions, and the private sector are envisioned as pivotal for women's empowerment and comprehensive societal advancement.
