The principal aim of the study is to identify / explore which factor influences M&P Cargo Services' order delivery. It helped them significantly to identify the field of production where unusual processes or activities take place, introduce waste management techniques and streamline the workshop. The study has followed a qualitative research approach, where data are gathered by literature reviews and semi-structural questions between CEOs and department managers as well as comparisons have been created. Findings- There exist series of steps to design and deliver the service but these series vary from service to service.
