The objective is to propose the best standard operating practices for the optimization of Warehouse Productivity. Process standardization by benchmarking different organization having the best practices in their cold storages. Consideration Factors of Reverse Logistics: A Study of M&P Cargo Services

The current research focuses on factors linked to "M&P Cargo Services". The principal aim of the study is to identify / explore which factor influences M&P Cargo Services' order delivery. It helped them significantly to identify the field of production where unusual processes or activities take place, introduce waste management techniques and streamline the workshop. The study has followed a qualitative research approach, where data are gathered by literature reviews and semi-structural questions between CEOs and department managers as well as comparisons have been created. NVIVO 's thematic analysis examines those factors which cause delays in placement of orders and other M&P Cargo Services processes. The following results show internal reasons behind the instability in order to provide research to M&P Cargo do not work properly. Development of a strategic framework for service design in internal supply chains of accountancy firms

Purpose- The purpose of this study is to develop a frame work for service design in the internal supply chains of Accountancy firms, which could help in academia and service designers in general and people involved in service design in this sector specifically. Design/methodology/approach- Multiple case studies with qualitative approach has been used to develop a strategic level framework. Findings- There exist series of steps to design and deliver the service but these series vary from service to service. Most of the advisory related services are unique so every service must be redesigned after understanding the client’s need. Lastly, there exist few problems and barriers in services design which should be eliminated minimized.

The main objective of the study was to identify the factors which are hindering the production efficiency of the company. This study will help to analyze the loops occurring in the production process due to which company was incurring losses. This study adopts the qualitative research design where researcher initially identified factors based on extensive review of literature and then researcher constructed a semi-structured interview. Interviews were conducted from CEO, Manager, and workers of the company. Based on responses researcher generate themes which were analyzed by using NVIVO software. The purpose of the qualitative study on “Exploring issues in getting timely endorsed invoices from remote areas, causing delays and incomplete documentation” of Berger Paints Pakistan was to explore factors that influence and caused the delays in receiving of endorsed invoices. The study was carried out in two phases. In the initial phase the study was conduct with the management team including the head of the departments of the Berger Paints Pakistan to get the insight of the actual problem being faced. And after getting the to the roots cause of problem, in the second phase in-depth study was conducted with a number of transporter for getting their insight for why such problems arise while utilizing Bilty as a mode of transporting consignments. Also afterwards to get an insight of what factors actually influence on transporter for causing such delays.
