Over the past three months, 103 women aged 18 to 35 (52 nulliparous, 51 parous) from UMT and Johar Town participated in this comparative cross-sectional study. Participants with normal cycles were evaluated throughout their menstrual, ovulatory, and luteal phases, assessed by self-tracking.
