Pakistani public schools are educational organizations which have been subject to top-down change over past several years. The public school teachers are the main actors of this change and “How well they have understood the need for change?” To answer this question a survey is conducted in the secondary schools of Punjab in three districts to know the actual dynamics of change in public schools.
