COMMUNICATION ERROR AT ALLAMA IQBAL INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT LAHORE (ATC AND PILOTS)

It is the study of communication errors that takes place between ATC and pilots. Allama Iqbal international airport Lahore, has been selected for the study. A questionnaire was distributed among ATC controllers and pilot’s in-order to know the true sense of communication errors that takes place as well as to know the basic/key sources, factors and results of communication errors. Furthermore a detailed list of recommendation has been generated with the help of responses received from ATC controllers and pilot in-order to eliminate/reduce communication errors it into an acceptable degree/percentage through appropriate calculations and implications. A total 0f 12 experts (out of which 6 were ATC controllers and 6 were pilots) were assessed in the study/survey intended to have a sneak of communications errors at Allama Iqbal airport Lahore and so as to ensure that correct ICAO recommendations are applied at ATC Lahore
