Abstract
Mango is consumed all over the world due to its high nutritional profile and health
benefits. Mango seed kernel is also a good source of minerals, vitamins, polyphenols
and antioxidants that can help to fulfill daily nutrient requirements. Consumption of
jellies and candies is common among children that can negatively affect the health
of the toddlers in multiple ways such as diabetes, fatty liver and inflammation
