In all parts of the world different organizations come to know the significance of skilled labor and employees who are talented enhance organizational productivity and career opportunities. For HR managers as well as supervisors to minimize the level of turnover intention is one of the major critical intentions as it proves to be one of the most challenging tasks. To get better compensation, to have proper and appropriate work-life balance, and to build career opportunities accessible for all can be considered as the effective technique for increasing employees' motivational level
