Abstract
The main objective of this research is to study the effect of Artificial Intelligence at
performance of the HR/TA department. Examining the relationship between dependent variable
(Organization’s performance) and independent Variable (Impact of artificial Intelligence) and
what is the effect of mediators (Employer Branding, HR/TA Managers Satisfaction, Task
Performance and Work Interaction). The main purpose of the study is to determine the
performance of the organization after using AI tools in HR department and which mediator factor
influence more at organization’s performance.
