dc.description.abstractSalary package is a way to compensate employee for their hard work. A salary is a form of payment from an employer to an employee from the fact of view of running a business, salary can also be seen as the cost of buying and holding human resources for managing operations. Salary plays an important role in the motivation of employees. Healthier salary package convince the employees to work hard and honestly. After detailed review and analysis of the documents we have diagnose the current Pay Package of PITC according to the Government Budget Notification 2017. We conduct research work to revise the existing salary package for the efficient employee and attract new talent. We also focus to introduce a cost effective compensation plan for Power Information Technology Company. We hope this will affect the company's mainspringen_US
