| dc.description.abstract | Airport (aerodrome) is a place where aircraft take off and land that has all the services and buildings require to take care of Airplanes, Passengers and Cargo. The requirements of designing and development of airport are specified by ruling bodies like: Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (PCAA). We have used three elements of study which are: Observation Survey Interview In the first part of this study we will describe the EXISTING PASSENGER TROLLEY SYSTEM at airport. In the second part we will IDENTIFY THE MISUSE OF TROLLEYS & in the third part we will postulate some IMPROVEMENTS. This project is based on practical activities (questionnaire). The questionnaire was chosen for both passengers and competitive staff who are using services of Lahore Airport. 50 responses were successfully collected after 1 week to reveal staff and passengers true opinion on service quality at AIIAP. The result has shown un- satisfaction on Passenger facilitator services (PFS). From, there some recommendation are given to improve passenger baggage trolley at Airport | |
