Abstract
The aim of this study is to examine the effect of monetary rewards on employee
performance and organization efficiency. The study was focused on the employees and
organizations of Aviation Industry working at AIIAP (Allama Iqbal International
Airport). The specific objectives of this study were as follows to see the effect of
monetary rewards on employee performance and organization efficiency, to see what
type of rewards boosts the employee performance and organization efficiency, to study
the relationship between monetary rewards and employee performance and
organization efficiency. The independent variable in the study was monetary rewards
(bonuses, extra pay, commissions) and the dependent variables were Employee
Performance and Organization Efficiency. The sample of the study comprised of 209
employees working in Lahore Allama Iqbal International Airport (AIIAP). Data was
collected using online survey questionnaire method. Questionnaire was developed
using google forms. The data obtained was processed using the Statistical Package for
Social Sciences (SPSS) and was analyzed using descriptive studies. The analyzed data
was presented using tables, charts and graphs. Results indicated that there is a positive
moderate relationship between monetary rewards and employee performance and
organization efficiency
