Investigating the impact of Workplace Diversity on Turnover Intentions

Abstract
This study aimed to examine the human resource practices an entity which is operating for more than 50 years in Pakistan which is too under a well-established group of companies. The study collected the data and information and drawn the conclusions on the research area of workplace diversity and employee turnover in Pakistan. Kohinoor Textile Mills is located in industrial area of Lahore that is why very small proportion of employees is consisted of female’s gender at the said place. There’s a lot of pace for the females to fill that gender gap in order to increase the workplace diversity.
