Abstract
Challenges being faced by special need passengers at our airports. The airport can increase connectivity in some key areas where it is most needed, such as route planning, baggage handling, security checks, boarding chairs, and the transition of passengers with disabilities from the airport to the carrier. As the population of travelers grows, so does the number of passengers with disabilities. A baggage labelling and scanning system is extremely important for people with disabilities, who require extra attention to their luggage as well as any medical equipment they may be carrying while travelling. The controlled access system should be more incentivize than it is now, so that persons with disabilities may feel as comfortable as possible when checking in. There should be special attention and a different approach to inspect those individuals so that normal passengers do not experience delays or discomfort while flying
