Abstract
Human Resource Information System (HRIS) recognizes as one of the important element of any organization. HRIS plays a vital role in increasing the efficiency of human resource (HR) department. It also facilitates an organization in maintaining the record and be more productive. In this study, HRIS is implemented in Jalal Sons using software development life cycle. All the stakeholders of Jalal Sons were on-board and it was ensured by having number of meetings before the implementation of HRIS. This study also used technology acceptance model (TAM) to determine that how employees see these changes and what is the acceptance rate of them. The results of the descriptive analysis reported that employees accepted the changes and they are comfortable with it. This change would help Jalal Sons to be more productive and efficient in HR operations.
