Abstract
Every year’s considerable quantum of construction business undergoes in Pakistan, however the consistent decrepitude in Construction industry is extremely surprising, the survival of the construction firms operating from many past years is becoming serious challenge. However, few new firms have been flourished due to their perpetuated hard work and inclusion of the updated softwares in accomplishing the works of Construction Project.
As change takes its time to occur therefore the Construction Industry including the Stakeholders felt scar in adopting the new state of the art softwares in having the construction project works. Mostly the ownership of the Construction Firms bearing no technical degree in engineering, they generally have inherited business of construction and comfortable with the traditional set of strategies in completing the Construction projects due to many prospective aspects.
Computer Softwares are vital in achieving the swift completion of the Construction projects, it is well known to the Firms executives but the confidence level, trust lacking and requirement from the Public clients distant it in adopting the construction related softwares in completing the Construction Project.
The endurance of service of the trustworthy employee and expertise level also a considerate status quo mainly hindering in adopting the softwares for having construction works. The availability of skilled staff and speedy turnover during the ongoing construction projects shakes the confidence of the firms’ executives not to employee the services of the Computer interacted staff hence previous circumstances remains valid.
The Construction firms who have adopted the use of the Construction softwares may play substantial role in shifting the ancient model of construction firms to the softwares interacted environment by consistent mentoring at peer level.
