    Impact of Career Management, Empowerment and Training on Employee Inclusion at Unilever Pvt.

    The workforce of any company plays an imperative part in its growth and development. Any company can ensure that with the support of efficacious HR practices they became succeeded. The HR practices which empowers its employee, provide them the opportunity of training and development along with career management, ensures serious commitment towards work. The objective of the study is to determine the impact of career management, empowerment and training on the employee inclusion. This is descriptive study. Data were collected from 120 employees from Unilever Lahore and Faisalabad. Data was analyzed using Statistical Package of Social Sciences (SPSS) and regression analysis was conducted. The results reported that employees were glad from their job. The environment of inclusion has provided in their company. All the three study hypothesis was accepted. In future research, researchers used different HR practices to determine their influence on inclusion of employees.

    Sexual harassment is a very sensitive issue of our society which is kept ignored intentionally because of multiple issues and consequences the victims face and the oppressors and guilty keep it hidden because of their own interests. Female workers are facing the issues and incidents of sexual harassment at workplace which is making them intended to leave the organization and affecting their mental and physical health negatively. This research is about diagnosing the genesis of sexual harassment at JOJO Food Industries. The research was started due to initial and preliminary observations, by observing the different outcomes on female workers of JOJO like intention to leave job, increased absenteeism, late attendances, negative effects on mental and physical health and these all outcomes were observed from those female workers who had left the job and when it was assessed that why did they leave most of them responded the same and pointed out the same issue of sexual harassment in the company

    Employees are major assets of any organization. The active role they play towards a company‟s success cannot be underestimated. As a result, equipping these unique assets through effective training becomes imperative in order to maximize the job performance. We used inductive approach until the saturation was complete.it indicate that our research methodology is qualitative. After that we put the data on Nvivo for finding the relevant factors. We came to know that there is lacked of training need analysis. Proper training according to their need is really important for them. Pharma market this importance reflects the tremendous financial and other costs, often linked with company‟s performance Pharma implemented major training program to build the capacity of their staff and enhances the individual skills set but according to index, training need analysis is play very important role in company. The results finds that proper and effective training is required for making organization healthy and more of profitable.

    Salary package is a way to compensate employee for their hard work. A salary is a form of payment from an employer to an employee from the fact of view of running a business, salary can also be seen as the cost of buying and holding human resources for managing operations. Salary plays an important role in the motivation of employees. Healthier salary package convince the employees to work hard and honestly. After detailed review and analysis of the documents we have diagnose the current Pay Package of PITC according to the Government Budget Notification 2017. We conduct research work to revise the existing salary package for the efficient employee and attract new talent. We also focus to introduce a cost effective compensation plan for Power Information Technology Company. We hope this will affect the company’s mainspring.

    The term Human Resources Management is used to describe the relationship between an employer and the employee. It is a structure developed to manage people within an organization with the motive to achieve organizational objectives by using the employees in the most effective way. Recruitment and selection is a very costly expense and is a big challenge to most businesses. If the organization does not have human resource department, the employee’s grievances will not be solved. The direct costs of turnover include hiring new employees, training to the new employees, advertising and indirect costs refer to product/service quality, employee morale, satisfaction and organizational commitment.
