Abstract
Audit is a process of systematic check on various aspects of capital management of an
organization. Human beings are most important part of an organization. Human
resource audit is an entire strategy in which we survey human arrangement,
methodology, documentation and many other procedures. In the current business
atmosphere the companies in different industries tries to improve their capability level
to get high market share in the market. HR Audit is the one which helps the companies
to get their competitive advantage in their human resource department and help to
improve their capabilities and gain high market share in the market
