We present the basic structure of a TQM-based compensation system that can provide incentives based on a variety of defects of sewing operations. As a result, this approach encourages the continuous improvement central to the TQM philosophy, to give remedies for all the defects of sewing operations. We have selected the article for the analysis and improvement of the study is five pocket basic jeans and style as Men Semi Fashion Jeans. This garment is consist of stretched fabric and based on 42 operations with different kinds of stitches. The content of the project would facilitate the association (Master Textile Mills ltd.) where it will apply in near future; the benefits to the organization can be listed as remedies of maximum faults which leads to profit earning of the organization and pay incentives getting higher.Item Application of fluorocarbon and fluorine free finish on textile substrate for enhanced hydrophobicity(University of Management and Technology, 2017) Zahid, AymenDevelopment of water repellent fabric with fluorine free and fluorocarbon finish. Pad- dry-cure method was used for the application of finish. Mechanical and comfort properties have tested and comparative study was conducted between fluorine free finish and fluorocarbon finish. Different concentrations of fluorocarbon and fluorine free finish are applied onto the fabric. Tensile and tear strength was measured for both fluorine free and fluorocarbon finished fabric. Fluorine free finished fabrics shows less tensile and tear strength as compared to fluorocarbon finish fabric. The comfort property of fluorine free finish was also more as compared to fluorocarbon. According to environmental attributes fluorocarbon is considered as carcinogenic and toxic whereas fluorine free finish was eco-friendly in nature and not harmful to human health.Item Application of lean manufacturing in the finishing department(University of Management and Technology, 2014) Sheheryar Riaz; Iram Azhar; Abdullah, Muhammad; Haroon ArifPakistan economy is dependent on the textile sector and according to recent survey Pakistan GDP is consist of the 25 percent of the industrial Area.. This is the overall proess of yarn making After making of yarn the next process is start is which two optionshave first one is to making the fabric through weaving and second step is that to die the yarn. The objectives of my topic are to verity the involvement of people in this evil system made by our society but not by our religion. People are forgetting that this dowry system is swallowing the happiness of almost every family mostly in the south in Punjab. The research shows that dowry is destroying the lives of women and affecting them physically and mentally. This is all because of the human greed. Most of the people are involved in this evil system whether they are educated or illiterate. However, very small ratio is against this system. Through my research I want to give a cure of this major problem which will be later discussed in my thesis report.
