The system would be implemented in a modular attachable box the size of a standard checkout counter. This system will be implemented using the concepts of computer vision and convolutional neural networks on a dataset of ten Swiss retail products of various categories. Moreover, this project also implements a self-checkout system using the concept of computer-vision and deep learning. It will use the lengths and widths of object detected and also apply a text recognition algorithm to extract text from it that will help the system identify the exact product. This will also lead to less wait time for the customer, thus improving their satisfaction and preventing outbursts or complaints by the customer. The primary focus of this system is not eliminating the need of cashiers but to reduce the wait time at checkout lanes.Item AI-Powered Anomaly Detection in Human Gastrointestinal System Unveiling Hidden Disorders with the DEEP LEARNING(UMT, Lahore, 2024) Hamza Zafar, Hashir Ahmed, Gullzaib and M. Mateen KhanThree out of eight world common cancers are esophageal, stomach and colorectal cancer (CRC). These cancers are spread due to anomalies or un-detected diseases that occurred in the human gastrointestinal system. Colorectal cancer specifically is the second most death causing cancer in the world. Like esophageal and stomach cancers, colorectal cancer (CRC) has survival rate of 8% at stage IV and from the data of previous years these cancers are responsible of causing almost 9 lacs to 1 million deaths per year. And almost accounts for 1.9 million cases. According to 2023, almost 52,550 deaths occurred due to this cancer which is spread and caused due to anomalies in human gastrointestinal system. There are tons of other numerous hazardous outcomes which occur due to human gastrointestinal disease. Thus, the medical field has so far have took numerous steps to detect human gastrointestinal disease so far. Conventionally, Colonoscopy method is used to observe human lower gastrointestinal tract (GI) and with Endoscopy Gastroenterologist observe human upper gastrointestinal diseases. Gastroenterologists used to check GI diseases using these methods. Soon with the advent of Revolution and collaboration of computers in medical fields allowed Gastroenterologist to use CADx (computer aided diagnosis) systems to detect whether human gastrointestinal system is immunes to diseases and abnormalities or not. Thus, the emergence of computers in the medical field played an important role in helping doctors observe the human Gastrointestinal system. However, computer machines are more capable in screening the large medical data from real-time or pre-recorded videos to detect diseases inside Gastrointestinal System than a human eye can. Thus, it has become an uttermost need to make such deep learning models which can detect different diseases occurred in human Gastrointestinal system from both upper GI to lower colon. This will not only save the time of doctors but also allow doctors to fully focus on treating the disease rather than taking hours to detect it. In the past, multiple works were performed in training different machine learning models with different image processing techniques to enable them to classify and detect the Gastrointestinal disease. The studies say there are many countries in which there are people who need food so we should be careful about this matter and not waste food. The food can be saved by not wasting the food in the restaurant. This app Barakah will be helpful to many people in Pakistan as well as abroad when it is launched. The donation apps are available on the Play Store but this has not launched yet. This app helps needy people and also the food does not get wasted in restaurants. Because people are wasting so much food in restaurants and so many needy people are dying from hunger so that’s the reason, we need to develop this project. In this project, I’m developing a mobile app that works as a medium between restaurants and trust organizations to help needy people. Immersive graphics, a catchy soundtrack, and a customizable upgrade system for vehicles, weapons, and armor make Car Rage: Havoc a thrilling blend of action and strategy, delivering a fun and exciting experience.Item Comprehensive Evaluation of deep learning techniques for driver distraction detection using multi-source dataset(UMT, Lahore, 2024) Muhammad Usman, Ahmad Yaqoob, Samiullah Qureshi and Abdul HannanThis research introduces a novel approach to addressing the persistent issue of road accidents caused by driver distraction. The focus is on developing a real-time driver distraction detection system using artificial intelligence, specifically adapting the CNN architectures. The model incorporates an additional GAP2D layer, dense layers with ReLU activation, a dropout layer with a 40% dropout rate, and a final dense output layer with Softmax activation. Comprehensive training utilizes diverse datasets, including SF, DF, P’04, and BU aiming to establish a robust system for early detection of various driver distractions. The study’s objectives include minimizing distraction-related incidents across various settings, from driving scenarios to educational and workplace environments. The proposed system's range covers various industries, mainly aimed at safety, vigilance, and anti-accident. The significance of this study is based on the observation that road accidents are on the rise in all parts of the world and there is a focus on reducing the risk of deaths resulting from distracted driving. The paper is informative and has given a brief background of previous and existing techniques used in the identification of distraction. It is also listed in the Dataset description to indicate a range of driving situations and distractions that are encompassed by SF, DF, P’04 and BU. The rationale section of this paper explains why CNN architectures were selected for the model and presents the new changes and units introduced into the model. The proposed study also wisely describes what model training entails, for instance, data augmentation and validation set performance. Leveraging preprocessing techniques in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning (ML), the research undertakes the compilation of a diverse dataset comprising finance-related tweets sourced from the Twitter platform. Here, the preprocessing steps including text cleaning process, converting the text into tokens, and finally feature selection which are equally important for fine-tuning and preparing the data for the classification process are restricted. To fulfill the study's objectives, two distinct machine learning models are employed: One was trained only by the human-generated Tweets whereas the other was trained on the Tweets generated by both the ChatGPT and Quillbot. During this assessment, these aforementioned models will undergo the evaluation process centered on the finance tweets set and examine their classification techniques. He is, however, a man whose job involves working as a ghost buster far away from him home area going as far as killing yokai and other creatures that exist only in his imagination. Well, it has a more expansive 3D art aspect and better yet has an enthralling storyline hidden within the game’s mechanics which the players are always eager to explore. In the actual gaming experience, players are instructed to retrieve a Ghost Tracking Compass as it is the only way in which they can locate the ectoplasmic emanations, eliminate players who have been ghosting the levels while playing the catch the ghost game. The aim of this project is to create a state-of-the-art online system that incorporates ecommerce, community involvement and precision farming implements for substantial enhancement of farmers’ agricultural practices. Traditional Pakistani agricultural processes are usually ineffective due to poor quality control, difficulties in managing diseases, etc. In order to tackle these problems, “Green Farm-Line” seeks to create a safe and all-inclusive environment where different farming activities like buying agricultural products and diagnosing plant illnesses can be carried out more easily. A suggested rational measure comprises an online shop where one can purchase agricultural necessities from the registered sellers, a platform for exchanging ideas between farmers and professionals, as well as a method based on artificial intelligence, which utilizes analysis of crop images for early disease identification. Developed using MERN stack, the system is a strong and scalable web application. Some of its features are secure user login, discussion forum proper real time and extended image processing for crop disease identification.
