The purpose of this paper is to comprehend the positive impact of supply chain ambidexterity on supply chain resilience and also how supply chain agility as a mediator influences their relationship. This study is based on the survey conducted in the manufacturing firms of Pakistan by theoretically testing the research model using PLS-SEM. The result shows a positive effect of supply chain ambidexterity as a formative construct on the supply chain resilience. Supply chain agility also positively mediates the relationship between supply chain ambidexterity and supply chain agility. However, uncertainty as a moderator shows no impact on the relationship between supply chain ambidexterity and supply chain resilience. This study contributes to the literature of ambidexterity by using supply chain ambidexterity as a reflective-formative second order construct by applying repeated indicator approach.
