This study delves into the complex relationship between organizational culture and employee
retention, using surveys and data analysis to uncover complexities in workplace dynamics.
The study revealed a male-dominated demographic consisting of 82.5% of participants and
14.6% of females. In our study result revealed that majority of the 31.1% respondents are on
the post of Administrative/Support in Shahkam Industry 14.6% Managerial/supervisory,
20.4% Professional/technical, 3.9% Sales/Customer service, and 27.2% other. In addition,the
result shows that majority 33.0% respondents are Under-graduated degree,1.9% elementary or
below, 27.2% secondary school certificate, 18.4% higher secondary school certificate, and
16.5% Graduated Degree. Majority 78.0% Respondents are in the age of 21-30, 18.0% are in
the age of 31-40, 4.0% are in the age of 41-50.
