    BUSINESS PROPOSAL FOR CARGO ORGANIZATIONS FOR THE REMOVAL OF UNCLAIMED CARGO.

    This study aims to improve the system of cargo organizations by providing them with the solution of removal of dead stock/unclaimed luggage .The objective of this research study is to know the issues faced by the consignees for not claiming their luggage, and present the key findings of the reasons for unclaimed/abandoned cargo. With the instance of questionnaire survey taken from both regular and irregular customers of the cargo organization and literature review this is made possible. This research study will help in saving the valuable space of the warehouses of cargo organization which could be utilized to generate more revenue, and making it more feasible for the consignee to reach their shipment. The result of this research is that there is a need to create awareness in the customers of cargo organization regarding their shipments in the most effective way.
