The main motive of the study was to find out the prevalence and intensity of non-specific,
mechanical low back pain among two categories of population, traffic wardens and security
guards. In majority of workers among Lahore the low back pain has to be found the most common.
This study was designed to found out that the prevalence ratio and intensity factors among traffic
wardens and security guards, factors of pain like pain intensity, pain quality, radiation of pain,
aggravating and relieving factors of pain etc. The intensity of the pain was assessed with the help
of VAS and MGPQ questionnaire.
