The researcher used a quantitative research method. The aim of the study was: 1) to identify the perceived level of teachers’ burnout, 2) to identify the perceived level of teachers’ self-efficacy, 3) to examine the relationship between teachers’ burnout and teachers’ self-efficacy, and 4) to examine the role of demographic variables in teachers’ burnout and teachers’ self-efficacy. This descriptive study analyzed teachers’ burnout and teachers’ self-efficacy through a quantitative research method. The sample consisted of teachers from all public and private schools, totaling 200 teachers. A questionnaire designed on a Likert scale consisting of 71 items was used.
