dc.description.abstractThis research paper revolves around the problems identified regarding recruitment and selection process in the HR department of Samson’s Inn hotel. It focuses mainly on the reasons found behind improper functioning of Human Resource Department due to lack of proper standard operating procedures followed for recruitment and selection. This study was conducted with the data collected from employees working in hotel management specifically, Samson’s Inn, Malam Jamba (Subsidiary in hotel industry by Samson’s Group Of Companies).
