Abstract
The objective of the project is to identify and study the low sales force performance among the incentive programme, sales force competency, arrays of issues linked with the performance, employees motivation and the corporate strategy of the company. The sample of 100 employees from sales employees were taken from Haier Pakistan (Pvt.) Ltd through nationwide sales branches and Lahore Head Office sales employees. The Haier management wants to motivate the employees to achieve their sales targets which ultimately help to achieve the company sales target, with the growth of the company management wants to increase the living standard of employees.
