| dc.description.abstract | Web Doctor provides medical health services and doctor consultation through Internet for patients. Web Doctor provides medical facilities for the patient to consult the doctor in short time. Patient provides information regarding the symptoms of his diseases, and the doctor gives advice to the patient through the Web Doctor according to his diseases. By website, it is possible for the doctors to diagnose the diseases of the patient and prescribe the medicine to him. The patient gets the prescription from the doctor after his advice. In short, Web Doctor diagnoses the patient after consultation from the doctor, and also recommends some test to the patient before diagnoses him, if necessary. Web Doctor manages a secure interaction between doctor and patient through E-mail. The benefit is that, from sitting at remote locations such as in rural areas, a patient can consult the doctor anywhere in Pakistan or abroad without seeing him. | |
