The research adopts an exploratory research approach within the domain of a qualitative method paradigm. The research allows us to analyze the success factors and the airlines’ characteristics as an integrated factor and not as two independent factors, offering a different perspective on the topic. The research is restricted to four major airlines: Qatar Airways, Emirate Airlines, in which they establish their rank for success in the industry; Jet Airways, and Kingfisher Airlines towards the falling factor. Mission statements are generally shown as enduring statements of intention that differentiate one business company from others and give companies a vision statements to achieve. There are many causal factors contributing towards the success and failure of airline alliances, and this research has determined that instability/stability is one of the intrinsic characteristics of these alliances. The utilization of strategic management and planning is useful to organizations in general in that it provides an identified direction in which the organization is heading. This research is based on the applied marketing techniques and effectiveness in operations and customer services. Some businesses have come out on top while others have been forced to close due to the sustainability and unsustainability of business companies in the airline sector. The main focus of research is its applicability to Pakistani airlines and Policy Maker. This project contributes in evolving factors that contribute towards the success of airlines as well as those factors that create risk to their operations and development. | |
