dc.description.abstractThis thesis aims to provide an insight to the impact of shared leadership on team effectiveness and if trust and knowledge sharing mediate the relationship of shared leadership and team effectiveness in telecom sector of Pakistan. Team members of different team working in telecom sector of Pakistan participated in this study. This model is empirically tested using data collected from 6 big telecom companies of Pakistan. It is found that shared leadership facilitates knowledge sharing, trust & team effectiveness. Shared leadership & Knowledge sharing have more significant effect on team effectiveness than trust in teams.en_US
