Impact of Training on Employee Work Engagement, (TP) Task Performance and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB).

Abstract
Training is the most essential element than any other factor in successful performance as it increases or develops the professional skills. Other leading factors in boosting productivity and performance are assumed to be level of employee work engagement and Organizational Citizenship behavior. In this research we have explored the impact of training on task performance, organizational citizenship behavior and work engagement in pharmaceutical sector.
