Abstract
In this thesis, Pakistan's maritime strategy is evaluated, and it is determined if it can advance
regional maritime economic cooperation in the Indian Ocean Region. It talks about the issue
of whether Pakistan can advance marine economic cooperation in this region via effective
utilization of its maritime resources.
