Abstract
Now-a-days technological advancement has revolutionized organizational procedures to get
competitive advantage. The Management information system plays a significant role to help
organizations to cope technological revolution challenges. The success of information system
depends upon user performance. System, information and service quality factors play a vital part
to enhance employee‟s effectiveness by motivating the employees to contribute their significant
role in information system success. The data for this study was collected from 220 employees
using ERP system in banking sector in Pakistan.
Subsequent analysis performed using structural equation modeling (SEM) through the software
of SmartPLS 3.0, the results indicates that the overall information system quality has a positive
impact on user satisfaction and user satisfaction has a significant impact on user performance. At
the same time, this study provides the theoretical and practical implications for practitioners and
managers using the information system that facilitation of user satisfaction can increase the user
performance tremendously.
