The aim of this thesis is to examine the three major steps of Islamization process in Pakistan’s legal History, which are the enactment of Objective Resolution, introduction of Hudood Ordinances in country’s criminal legal system and Blasphemy Laws. These laws are analyzed whether they are fully in conformity with the injunctions of Islamic Principles and also what different grey areas are present in these laws. Research shows that for every Islamic state there is no choice for the ruler but to run all the matters of individuals as well as of state according to the injunctions and principles of Quran and Sunnah.
