| dc.description.abstract | Achievement of effective human resource management (HR practices significantly influences on performance of organization. (Nadeem et al. 2022) The aim of this study is to study the impact of HRM practices such as Employee Staffing, Employee Satisfaction and Employee Reward on the Employee Performance in Lahore, Pakistan. By using the sample size of 306, data was gathered through the Survey Method. The response was analyzed by using 25 versions of the Statistics Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). The SPSS is used for measuring relationships through regression analysis, descriptive analysis, model summary, and ANOVA. The findings of the research reveal that the HRM practices play a crucial role in improving the performance of organizations in Lahore, Pakistan. As result expends that addressing employee staffing, employee satisfaction and rewards will help in improving the performance of call centers. The study recommends the strategies involve deploying AI -powered work force management software and staffing, real-time performance analytics to enhance transparency and coaching. The results of this research can benefit in improving the performance of call centers as well as other organizations. | |
